Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Be in their original condition with all original tags attached.

  • Be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, pet hair, odors, or any signs of wear.

  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items returned without prior authorization.

  • Returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements listed above.


How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Support team to request return authorization.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Refund Process

After your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.


Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as VEILV cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the packaging

After reviewing your request, we'll arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you may request a return after receiving your package in accordance with this policy.
